1. 01 DevOps Overview & CI/CD Pipeline

   DevOps is a culture and set of practices that removes the Dev–Ops wall; the 8-stage lifecycle, CI vs Continuous Delivery vs Continuous Deployment, measuring with DORA metrics and a transformation roadmap.

2. 02 Git & GitHub

   Distributed version control with Git: the three file states, everyday commands, branches and pull requests on GitHub — the base of every CI/CD pipeline.

3. 03 Jenkins Pipeline

   Run Jenkins, manage credentials safely, write Declarative Jenkinsfiles from basic to advanced (when, post, parallel, matrix), extend with plugins and spread builds across agents.

4. 04 CI/CD with Azure DevOps

   Use Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Artifacts) to build, test and deploy to Azure with multi-stage YAML pipelines, pick a fitting deployment strategy and manage it with the Azure DevOps CLI.

5. 05 Monitoring with Prometheus & Grafana

   Monitor hosts, containers and apps with the Four Golden Signals; Prometheus pulls metrics and queries them with PromQL, alerting on symptoms; Grafana builds dashboards on top of Prometheus.
