No Space Left
The ledger service died with "No space left on device". Someone already deleted a big file, yet df still says the volume is full.

ledger exited with No space left on device and did not come back. Finance can't post transactions.
Someone already ran rm on a large file to "free some space", but df still shows the volume as full.
