Forbidden Handbook
A permissions clean-up locked everyone out of the internal handbook. Give the web server back exactly the access it needs, and not one bit more.

Since this morning http://127.0.0.1:8080/ answers 403 Forbidden for every page.
Last night someone "tidied up the permissions" under /srv/handbook.
