The new orders-api container dies a second after it starts. Read what it says, give it what it needs and get it serving on port 8080.

ALERT: orders-api down after upgrade to 2.3
A colleague started orders-api:2.3 with docker run and went home. docker ps shows nothing,
and http://localhost:8080/health does not answer.
